Fixed Fees - Separated in Project Phases

Our full service design packages are catered to help you achieve a polished, sophisticated and personal home from the initial planning phases to the placement of the final accessory. Please read OUR DESIGN PROCESS. We offer a consistent approach to ensure that each project runs smoothly and that the integrity of the design is attained in the end. Our studio can assist on every aspect of the design process including partnering with architects and contractors.

 

Design Consultations

$350.00 plus taxes booked in 2 hour blocks

We love helping out homeowners in need of guidance for specific design decisions or direction. We work with you throughout your remodel or renovation and provide stylist advice to help ensure your home comes together in a beautiful, cohesive way. You may need color advice or have a specific design dilemma that you would like to talk through. From space planning to material selection, we have you covered. Please note, design consults are "one-time" consultations even if you schedule multiple consultations throughout your project. Any follow up questions you have after each consultation are billed hourly. So it is best to consolidate all your questions to ask at each scheduled consult.

Designer Concierge Service - NEW

5 HOURS $750.00

10 HOURS $1250.00

Especially created to best serve our clients who are working on a fairly large renovation or furnishing project, and are looking for professional guidance without requiring full service design.  The designer concierge service is booked in 5 or 10 hourly blocks, and is designed to help us assist you with parts of the project that most home owners find especially overwhelming, easing the renovation or remodeling process and helping you avoid making costly mistakes. If your project is a renovation, we can help you with hardwood flooring options, floor or wall tiles, backsplash and grout recommendations, countertop and profile selections, cabinetry finish / color / style and hardware selections, lighting, wall / ceiling & trim paint colors & plumbing fixtures such as faucets. If your project involves mostly furniture and decorative elements, we can assist you with your furniture layout options, furniture selection, soft furnishings such as area rugs, drapery, and throw pillow selections, lighting,  wallpaper or paint color selections and more.  You can feel confident knowing you have us by your side to offer solid advice and expert knowledge to any design aspect of your project.

Styling Service - NEW coming in 2024! 

 

On-Line Design Services

 

 These design services are conducted entirely online and are for projects that involve mostly furniture and decorative elements. Simply submit photos and measurements of the room or rooms you would like to update, and we will send you a carefully curated moodboard and shopping list for you to complete your dream space. Fees vary depending on project scope. Contacts us with the details of your project and we will send you a tailored fee to your specific needs.
